Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

If you do not see your location available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
